Slow Flow Yoga  and  Restorative Yoga with Tyler

''Slow Flow Yoga is the best of both worlds - part vinyasa, part deep stretch. Each class starts with active movement to awaken the body and gradually transforms into longer, slower postures with an emphasis on exploring the edge of sensation. Expect to leave feeling both alive and calm. Suitable for all levels of experience but not for those with active / limiting injuries.'

Restorative Yoga is a delicious practice that creates space for deeply-rooted relaxation and calm. Making use of many props, a restorative class moves slowly and intentionally through long-held poses designed to facilitate profound ease and opening in the body. Suitable for everyone, including those working through active injuries and with limited mobility. No previous experience required. Come sink into full body bliss!'

Slow Flow Yoga  Tuesday with Justine

Justine experienced her first taste of yoga over a decade ago, and after 5 years of falling in and out of her practice, she stepped whole-heartedly onto the path of yoga when she began to shift her perspective from a purely physical practice, to something that could be woven throughout all aspects of life. Her heart is truly present in all she teaches, as her inspiration comes from a desire to deeply connect and awaken to the truth of ourselves; we are so intricately woven, to the natural world, to one another, and the more we show up to explore these connections, the deeper and more comfortably we can settle into the seasons and cycles of our lives, and additionally, the more comfortably we can settle into ourselves
