           How to Start an Exercise Program:

  • Get a Doctors Clearance if there are any medical concerns

  • Assess your fitness level~ this can be done with a Personal Trainer

  • What are you fitness goals ~ weight loss, toning, preparing for a marathon

  • Start slow and build

  • Create a balanced routine

  • Incorporate different activities to keep it interesting

  • Have a workout partner

  • Monitor Progress and celebrate when a goal is reached

Monday-Friday 6am- 8pm

6am-12:30pm 50+ and anyone with medical issues

12:30-8pm ~ anyone who would like to use the club

Starting October 

Saturday ~ 8-4 

8-12:30pm 50+ and anyone with medical issues

12:30-4pm ~ anyone who would like to use the club

These hours are subject to change with State Mandates.
