Fall 2011 ‘Fitness Connection’: Group Personal Training with Megan Leung

This is a progressive group personal training program spanning a three month period designed to help people learn how to safely get and stay in shape. Make your personal goals more achievable through a quality fitness
and coaching program focused on increasing all dimensions of fitness while enhancing body composition.
Baseline Fitness Assessments (BMI, heart rate recovery, weight, body composition, flexibility and circumference measurements) and goal setting are established each month during the first week of the
month allowing you to keep track of your goals and progression. Quality coaching, fitness education, and monitoring allow you to see results.
Class centers on individualized and detailed instruction on all types of equipment, as well as techniques and strategies for more effective workouts. There will also be a nutritional component centered on group accountability, including weekly weigh-ins and food journaling.
This program is designed to provide a high quality personal training program for an affordable price. All levels of conditioning welcomed as well as the experienced exerciser. Space is limited to a maximum of 10 participants.
Eight, 1.5 hour sessions (12 hours total) per month, meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:30 am. Registration is required by Saturday, September 3, 2011. Cost is $120.00 per month for members and $200 per month for non-members. Doctor’s permission may be required.
