Our Aerobic Room offers something for everyone while currently hosting over 25 classes a week to include: Yoga Fundamentals, Yoga II, Yoga Flow, Pilates & Advanced Pilates, Tai Chi, Zumba & Zumba Toning, Circuit Training, Core Classes and more! Each class is taught by an experienced, certified Bay Club instructor. When this room is not hosting a class, it is accessible for members to use for stretching and exercise, it also houses additional equipment such as swiss balls, medicine balls, aerobic dumbbells and barbells, steps, kick boxing equipment, bosu balls, mats, yoga blocks, blankets, bands, jump ropes, spin bikes and more!
